Welcome!
I’m Kat Suda.

I’m a New York-based yoga teacher with 1300+ hours of training and an immense passion for yoga and the human body. I began my love affair with yoga in 2006 and haven’t stopped learning and practicing since. My goal as a teacher is to help you get to know your body on a more intimate level, and through that physical awareness, learning more about your mind and spirit. After all… it’s all connected

In my classes, there will be challenges, laughter, “aha” moments, finding calm in the chaos, and experience!

I offer weekly group classes and private sessions both virtually and in-person in NYC & the surrounding area. I am also available for travel to teach workshops, intensives, and trainings. I love supporting teachers and offer various workshops, a sequencing continuing education program, and a mentorship program to help you deepen in your personal practice and enhance your teaching skills.

I hope to see you soon and help you stay in the moment— mind, body, breath—through the amazing practice of yoga.

My Approach

I sequence to target the myofascial meridians within the body. By approaching the yoga practice with Myofascial Integrated Alignment in mind, I find the practice to be more holistic. I will teach you how to move the body in safe and effective patterns through conscious and intentional movement linked with the breath. My goal is to help you feel good in your body (and mind) after you practice.

I help my students feel their way through the practice. Go for the experience and the sensations versus meeting set expectations. I incorporate challenges to help you find concentration and calm. You will get to know your body on a more intimate level, and through that process, get to know to the inner workings of your mind…

After all, it is all connected.
