Two hours means more time to play, feel, and enjoy the practice beginning with a proper grounding warm up and ending with static holds and a nice long savasana. Two things I rarely have the time to get to in a normal 60 min class. I LOVE teaching these extended classes, and, in my experience, practitioners love to participate in them. I hope to see you there!

*Note to reader: Please do not be weary of the 2 hr class time. I get a lot of “2 hrs of you?!?!” 2 hrs does not necessarily mean harder! It means more time to get lost in the experience of the practice. More time for you to connect to yourself. More time to explore your body without having to rush through the movements because time is limited to 60 min. 2 hr and 90 min classes used to be the norm, but in a world where we rush, rush, rush to fit everything in, 60 min & even 45 min yoga classes have replaced the long format. There is nothing like committing 2 hrs to yourself. Time flies by! I promise.*
